We are a small and unique performing arts education organization working with youth in under-served communities around the world.
We are looking for someone with either basic or professional video editing skills to work with raw footage of interviews with participants in our Musical Theatre Connections: Costa Rica program.
Short project: crop/edit individual interviews to be posted as 1 - 3 minute videos on our website. If possible, incorporate footage of the same students performing in our musical theatre production into their individual videos.
Longer project: combine interviews and on-stage footage into a five or ten-minute (we want both) mini-documentary about the project.
Some of the footage is in Spanish so knowledge of Spanish would be necessary for those projects and would involve attaching English subtitles to the video.
We also have an annual project in which we would need an individual fluent in Spanish to video edit and attach English subtitles (script provided) to a musical production between and hour and two hours long.
Also, all work can be done virtually so it gives all volunteers the ability to create their own flexible schedule.
