South Africa is all cosmopolitan, rich traditional culture with the diverse mix of other cultures. It has most diverse landscape including plateaus, mountain ranges and the sea. The Lonely Road Foundation is our local partner in SA. Collaborating with The Muskoka Foundation, they seek to empower the youth and communities through their Drop-in centers to address critical issues affecting children in rural areas.
The Lonely Road Foundation manages over nine centers where children and youth a provided with meals, education and other recreational activities. They are always looking for new ways and ideas to make the services they render meet the different communities in the Ga-Dikgale (Limpopo province) and Lokaleng (North West Province).

Photography. You can help the youth continue exploring photography and expressing themselves in images.
Bakery. The foundation has built a bakery to supply fresh bread to the children and families in the community at a cost. Get involved with this LRF, helping the staff build on their business skills.
Education. Share your experiences teaching at the local school for the kids from the different centers.
Entrepreneurship. Share business skills with the local organization so they can build on the services they provide to the local community.
Other Opportunities. Agriculture, health and nutrition, community involvement.
Global Citizenship Program. Present a slideshow of your life, your hobbies and profession and journey to inspire and mingle with people in the community.
