Join Outreach360 this summer in Nicaragua and "Dare to Dream" with the amazing students in our Learning Center! Located in the poorest neighborhood of Jinotega, Nicaragua, Outreach360's free Learning Center provides talented and underserved children with fun and engaging instruction in conversational English and Spanish literacy.
As a member of the Caminos program, you will be an integral member to our teaching team, planning and conducting lesson plans for our incredible 6 to 11 year old students. In addition to time in the classroom, Caminos volunteers will have various opportunities to experience Nicaraguan culture through planned group activities to a women's black pottery cooperative, a sustainable coffee farm, trips to important historical sites in Managua, Grenada, and Leon, and many more of Nicaragua's cultural destinations.
Our vision is that children will grow up living a life of choice, to be gainfully employed or able to pursue a college degree upon reaching adulthood. The focal point of our program is the work being done at our Learning Center. We use a well defined curriculum to provide children with English and Literacy education and there are opportunities to integrate community health and environmental education. Program Dates
There are specific start and stop times for the Caminos program. This is to ensure that Caminos volunteers have consistent training and development opportunities, enjoy the camaraderie that comes from doing a consistent program with other Caminos volunteers, and most effectively meet Outreach360 volunteer needs.

Fund-Raising 100%
We are both a volunteer and fund-raising organization; our volunteers commit to help raise funds for the programs we sponsor based on the length of their stay. We encourage volunteers not to pay any of their program donations, but instead raise funds through the sponsorship of family and friends. When you sign up, you will receive an on-line fund-raising page that will allow you to easily send out informative emails to family and friends, inviting them to sponsor you through donations on-line, or checks sent through the mail.
