Living Their Legacy, Inc. is looking for a Communications Assistant in Brooklyn, NY, Washington, D.C. or remote.
Manage LTL Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts
Increase online interaction (likes, followers, etc…) on all social media platforms
Create newsletter and send out emails
Create promotional flyers
Works with members/staff to produce content related to their campaigns
Curate and post daily content on our social media accounts that aligns with our brand and elaborates on our program, curriculum, and legends
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and a willingness to ask questions
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Creative and flexible mindset
Work well independently and collaboratively
Must be a junior, senior or new graduates with a minimum 3.00 GPA
Academic/professional background in journalism, media, communications, business and/or marketing
Experience working in Canva and MailChimp is a plus!
