Volunteer as Team Leader Summer 2013 Project in Bangoua-Babouantou-Bandrefam

Overview of Summer 2013 Project:
Aim of the project is to train, educate and sensitize peoples in rural area in the field of: IT, Responsible sexuality (HIV/AIDS, Malaria, Cholera…), Entrepreneurship, English language, organize Global village (Cultural fair) event in all the villages, community sport tournament, EcoTour for promotion of Tourism.

Job description:

The main work consists on:

1- Building the project proposal, flyers, posters for online and offline promotion

2- Raise partners and sponsors (Elites, Ministry of health, Ministry of Youth, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Environment… NGOs and International organization based in Cameroon like UNFPA, UNICEF, CARE, embassies…)

3-Online promotion in social medias and volunteering networks to raise international volunteers. Creating a network of Volunteers by siging a strong partnership between WEBDEV Foundation and the Volunteers provider to supply volunteers.

4-Prepare trainings contents and trainings materials for the different parts of the project

Expected Outcome

Existence of a pipeline of volunteers to arrive in Bangoua and Babouantou for at least 3 weeks for a period of June-July-August.
Build friendship and tolerant between Community and International/National Volunteers.
Conduct a succesfull fundraising to support the project expenses.

Start Date : April 1st 2013

End Date : June 30th 2013 (Extendable)

Number of participants: 1

Volunteer should bring his/her own Laptop and Camera for job purpose.

Work Location: Yaounde. When need for information or details from villages, then the volunteer will be travelling to Bangoua, Bandrefam and/or Babouantou.

OPTION: The volunteer can have opportunity during the stay, to have part time job in a Company and earn money depending on his/her profile.
