Global Art & Design Project is a brand new 501c3 non-profit which is using creativity as an entrepreneurial tool for global development by providing access to technology, scholarship support and arts education programs emphasizing design and digital media to secondary school students in under-served schools in the developing world.
We need you! We are looking for an Accounting Advisor that would be able to help provide oversight of the accounting system, answer general accounting questions, and to assist in preparing the annual tax report. Any help in preparing official operating budgets and program budgets would be a plus. Ideally, you would have some previous experience working with non-profits or start ups.
This position is ideal for any individual who wants to dedicate their time and skill, but is restricted by availability. Our organization is based in Brooklyn, NY however this is a remote position and any meeting times be extremely flexible.
