The Books from the Heart® program is seeking volunteers interested in helping to prepare books in our warehouse for children who have limited accessibility to books. This opportunity is ideal for individuals as well as corporate, university, and community groups. We are seeking assistance on an on-going basis.
The warehouse is located in Landover, MD and is open Monday through Friday, from 9am-5pm. It is best if you can commit at least a half day. You must have your own transportation, and volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.
Please dress in clothes that can get dusty and wear closed-toed shoes.
