Nature of Position: LeaderSpring is launching a new Salesforce database! We are very excited to adopt this system, and we need help to transition. The Salesforce Support Volunteer is a short-term (January-March) or ongoing volunteer position. The volunteer will ideally work a total of 2–6 hours a week. For training purposes, the first volunteer hours will take place at LeaderSpring's office in downtown Oakland, but then there will be the option to work remotely.
Responsibilities and Duties: The Salesforce Support Volunteer will work closely with LeaderSpring's operations staff to ensure a smooth and robust organizational transition to a new Salesforce CRM. Specific duties include:
