Northwest Center Works has an exciting opportunity to offer support, and work closely with our adult clients on developing their job skills to prepare for community employment. This individual will help with training clients on current work skills and new job tasks on a step-by-step basis. We are looking for someone who enjoys teaching, is encouraging, and patient.
Requirements:
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must be reliable
- Must have a warm, friendly, encouraging personality
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required *Must be willing to commit to at least 5 hours/week for 6+ months
