Volunteer Opportunity description

In 2011, a total of 580 individuals enrolled in RESOURCE's training courses-493 in our standard training classes, 15 in one-on-one computer training, and 72 in introductory computer training courses under 20 hours in length. Ninety percent of those who started a class completed it successfully.

Our training division offers both beginner and advanced Microsoft Office Suite courses. Students are adults of varying ages and abilities. Volunteer must be fluent and able to clearly give instructions on Microsoft Office 2010 products-may be asked to take an assessment before beginning to volunteer. Volunteers assist adult learners and assist students with any necessary help when experiencing difficulty.

Avaliable in Minneapolis. Opportunities are available Mondays-Thursdays during business hours.

Minimum commitment is one training course.
