Experienced Event Planner Needed: Budget Buddies of Greater Lowell is ready for our first big event! We need the advice and expertise of someone experienced in organizing fundraisers for approximately 200 people. Apply today to direct Budget Buddies volunteers through the planning of a Spring 2014 event that will not only entertain, but provide much needed funds for the growth and expansion of our financial literacy and mentoring program. The evening will highlight performances from local female musicians and feature a silent auction. We have a lead on a corporate sponsor to assist with the event.
Budget Buddies is dedicated to empowering financially disadvantaged women with the confidence and skills they need to take control of their financial futures. Founded in 2010, Budget Buddies has delivered 12 programs, reaching over 150 women in the Greater Lowell area. Our program has been shown to improve the confidence and financial literacy skills of the women we serve. Please help us grow and continue to deliver on our mission of empowering financially disadvantaged women in our community.
