Seeking Advanced Word Press Expert with PHP background

Do you know someone who suffers from Addiction? Alcoholism? Drug relapse?

Do you wish there was more information out there to help them?

Well, I am volunteering to build a website for a non-profit organization - the Alliance for Addiction Solutions. I am trying to keep their costs down by doing as much of the work myself for free, but we really need some expert help and they can also pay a little something for yout time.

We would like to build the site in WordPress, so in the future, people in the organization can easily update content. But I could not find a theme that looked like what I have designed. I would like to make sure that the framework is Genesis or similar solid framework that will guarantee good SEO.

I was thinking we could do this project in stages. Please price it that way.

STAGE 1

I have basic Wordpress installed on the site. So we need to start with getting a better Wordpress skin installed that works with my design. I have attached a layered Photoshop file along with 2 jpg variations for the A) Sub pages and B) News/blog pages

PLEASE NOTE: This is a variation of a blog... We want people to be able to SHARE blog posts, but we do NOT want people to be able to COMMENT. We want to be able to manually insert a link to a discussion about that blog on our private PHPBB Board Discussion (which will require login) and have all comment and additional discussions there.

C) As you will see from the design, we need to have the ability to display leaderboard style banner ads at the top of the page.

STAGE 2

Phase 2 will be the PHPBB discussion. I have installed it, but will need help making the header template look like the rest of the website. I also need help installing a better SPAM filter than the default one that comes with the install. I would also like to add an formal Chat feature like the one seen at the bottom of this page: http://www.stoppickingonme.com/bb/ and http://www.stoppickingonme.com/bb/chat.php

STAGE 3

There are some additional improvements that we will require going forward. Such as help incorporating membership sign-up and membership renewal software on the website. We are currently looking at MEMBEE.COM We are open to other suggestions you might have. There will be links out to EventBrite.com We will be incorporating some googleads throughout the site. Also we need to give members access to private file area using the same login and password as the PHPBB login. So please be thinking about these things as we move forward on the project and STAGE 3+.
