About SERES
SERES is a registered Guatemalan community-based association that is pioneering a new way of thinking that is redefining the development paradigm, transforming a generation of disempowered and at-risk youth in Central America into a movement of empowered change-makers engaging in inspired action and actively committed to building a more sustainable future. We work in both Guatemala and El Salvador, and as we grow, so does our network of youth leaders and change-makers which is now over 450 strong!
The large majority of these youth leaders and change-makers speak only Spanish and local indigenous languages and so we would like to get our website translated into Spanish so that we may provide a better, interactive portal and support network to our youth leaders.
This is a great opportunity for passionate, creative and dynamic individuals who want to volunteer but aren't in a position to travel to Guatemala to play a critical role in supporting our youth leaders.
What we are looking for
- Talented bilingual (English/Spanish speakers) that are willing to donate some of their time to translate some pages on our website. Our preference is to work with friendly people that can work independantly and offer a professional product.
