Barefoot Productions is a 501(c)(3), volunteer-run community theatre that proudly entertains Plymouth, Michigan, and surrounding communities. Our board of directors is in need of a correspondence secretary who can assist the board secretary and head of marketing; a more detailed description can be found below.
Because marketing and community relations (including partnerships with other organizations, prospective/existing sponsors, and patrons), we ask for a minimum of 5 hours/week and at least a year-long commitment.

Correspondence Secretary – Job Description
1) Work with the Marketing Director and Database Manager for any public distribution of company communications.
2) Handle all external correspondence created by the Marketing Department and project managers to the Barefoot Productions community.
3) Attend and take minutes for all meetings that involve marketing and community relations department. Minutes returned to appropriate members/team within 48 hours of meeting.
4) Ensure the Executive Board has minutes from all meetings that the correspondence secretary attends.
5) Work with Executive Board if and when appropriate for special projects
6) Work with project managers relative to communications when required.
