We are looking for English as a Second Language and Adult Basic Education tutors!
Once a tutor has completed a 1-1 orientation and training, he/she can tutor an individual adult learner or tutor in a classroom setting. This is determined by the tutor's interest, availability, and proximity to a tutoring site. One-to-one tutors can meet any day of the week and at a time and public location mutually agreeable to the tutor and the learner.
We offer ESL (English as a Second Language), ABE (Adult Basic Education), pre-GED and GED preparation classes. Generally we require a commitment of 1-2 hours per week from our tutors.
