Project Goal:
Identify opportunities to expand current services and/or offer new services to members. Incudes creating models highlighting costs and revenues for key services and marketing strategies for growth.
Scope of work overview: Fellow will perform an assessment of all current IT services including resource allocation, capital equipment inventory, licensing agreements and costs, fee/contract structure and growth forecasts. Also includes conducting a survey(s) of current customers to measure satisfaction, growth forecasts and identify new service opportunities.
