About the position
We are looking for current undergraduate students enrolled in full-time programs at American universities to commit to a 6-session mentoring program. The student mentors will be matched with a high school student from Bosnia and Herzegovina that is applying to an American university. They will participate in highly structured Skype-based mentoring sessions. Sessions will last for approximately one hour each over the course of two to three months, and mentors should expect to spend around 30 minutes to an hour preparing for each session.
Over the course of the six sessions, you will share your knowledge of the following topics:

The mentor should enjoy talking to new people and be interested in intercultural exchange. You should be enthusiastic about your college experience and about sharing your enthusiasm and knowledge with an eager listener.
Please note: Once selected, a schedule for the Mentoring sessions will be decided on that works for both the mentor and mentee's schedules.
This is an online, Skype-based mentoring program. Mentors from all parts of the United States are invited to apply.
