Community-Based Mentoring: For women 20+. This one-to-one mentoring program matches women mentors with girls (ages 7-15). Big and Little Sisters choose when, where and what they do to build a bond based on shared interests and experiences. Visits are weekly and last three to four hours; after you have been together for 3 months, you may meet twice per month. Once you've reached your 1 year anniversary, we will continue to encourage and support you and your Little Sister for the life of your match! We ask Big Sisters to commit to at least 12 months.

Big Sister is the largest mentoring organization in Greater Boston exclusively serving girls, covering 69 cities and towns.
