Volunteer Opportunity description

PHIVOG facilitates criminal and civil law volunteering placements in Ghana, West Africa. Legal internship schemes in Ghana are some of the most highly regarded in Africa with interns gaining comprehensive theoretical and practical experience. The activities assigned to volunteers depend upon prior experience, thus those applying should be currently studying or practising law and should have excellent written and communication skills in English. Volunteers contribute to the improvement of public judiciary services and afford support to overstretched legal professionals. Placements will enable volunteers employ their unique skills and perspectives in an innovative, cross-cultural partnership.
