EVET Arts works to close gaps of cultural understanding by creating new works of theatre that tell the stories of those who have lived through today's most socially and culturally significant events.
Our all-volunteer organization is seeking a volunteer GRANT WRITER to work remotely and help us take advantage of the many arts and culture grants available to organizations like ours. We are open to discussing compensation based on successful grant applications.
EVET Arts is based jointly out of Boston and Chicago and we staged our inaugural production this year. Trajectories is based on interviews with Iraqi refugees and Iraq and Afghanistan War veterans and examines the common experiences between these two groups. Our programming for Spring/Summer 2013 includes re-staging Trajectories and so those with a knowledge of VETERANS AFFAIRS and REFUGEE ISSUES are encouraged to apply.
