Legal Aid Clinic Volunteer

Shelter From The Storm has recently opened up a new legal aid clinic to assist victims of domestic violence. We need a volunteers to assist with restraining orders and clinic administration. Training can be provided by an attorney.

Weekly hours, training, other requirements, and assigned projects are flexible depending on volunteer's skills, interests, and availability.

Shelter From The Storm Legal Aid Clinic provides domestic violence victims legal assistance for restraining orders, family law matters, and immigration relief. The Legal Aid Clinic also offers legal education, know-your-rights training, coalition building in the community, and advocacy.
