Volunteer Opportunity description

Journeys Within Our Community (JWOC) is a small NGO based in Siem Reap, Cambodia working to alleviate poverty through access to basic services such as clean water, education, microfinance and community liaison programmes. Our programmes are developed as practical solutions and implemented at the grassroots level. JWOC builds on local capacity and increases self-reliance, in order that vulnerable communities are better prepared to face daily challenges.

We are currently seeking an Online Volunteer to develop guidelines for integrating early childhood development practices into our Free Classes Programme. Currently our programme runs an Under 8's Project which includes Kindergarten and Let's Go classes. To find out more about JWOC Free Classes Programme, please see our website www.journeyswithinourcommunity.org.
