Volunteer with Save The Bay at the CVS/Caremark Charity Classic
Volunteers are needed to assist Save The Bay with public parking as part of the CVS/Caremark Charity Classic June 23-25, 2013. Save The Bay is a receiving charity from the golf event, and our volunteers play an important role in creating a positive visitor experience.
What: Volunteers will assist with directing traffic at the public parking lot located at Seekonk Speedway.
Where: Seekonk Speedway, Route 6, Seekonk, MA
Requirements: Volunteers must be able to work the whole shift. Volunteers should be comfortable standing on their feet on blacktop for the shift. Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this event. All volunteers must have their own transportation. Volunteers will need to wear the required uniform - Khaki on the bottom, comfortable shoes, and a Save The Bay t-shirt which will be given to you prior to the event. Volunteers should be comfortable being outside for the whole event - no matter what the weather.
Benefits: Volunteers who assist Save The Bay at the tournament will receive passes to the course to watch the tournament, a free parking pass for the public lot at Seekonk Speedway, snacks or lunch (depending on your shift), a STB shirt, and plenty of laughter!
Shifts:
Sunday, June 23 5:30 am - 10 am or 9:30 am - 2 pm
Monday, June 24 5:30 am - 10 am or 9:30 am - 2 pm
Tuesday, Juen 25 6:00 am - 10 am or 9:30 am - 2 pm
