After two years of very successful FuturePerfect Festivals, we are currently interviewing for Marketing Manager to join our
young, fun and creative team.
About the Organisation
FuturePerfect is a new way of thinking about sustainability and the challenges it presents in the 21st century, and turns sustainability into an exploration of human potential.
FuturePerfect Festival curates four open programs which are the heart of the events and the summer festival - Exploration, Music & Arts, Living Well, and Co-Creation.
MARKETING (50%)
**
- Develop the brand to elegantly communicate the essence of FuturePerfect
- Create templates for all types of informational documents and marketing material and implement
- develop multimedia communications - film, photo, text,
- Develop a marketing and social media strategy
- Write copy for the website
- Develop the website as the project develops
- Present the speaker and content of the festival in an attractive way
JOB REQUIREMENTS
**
- experience in visual communication using design tools for different media
- experience in brand development, copy, and website curation
- comfortable with writing compelling and engaging copy
**
- Strategic, able to identify angles and stories, highly creative and imaginative
- Samples of past work that is content driven and target professional sectors
- Able to write and speak in English and/or Swedish
- experience from using social media marketing
**
- Interested in theory and practice of sustainable living and have ability to inspire and engage
- Be flexible and adapt to the changing conditions of the project

Additional Information
The role will fit a student or professional with some existing skills, who is seeking to build on those skills, gain access to a world-class global network and be exposed to the world of sustainability while making a difference. Home base in Stockholm, Sweden . The role is part-time and unpaid until Dec 31, with the prospect of salary - potentially provision based. A one month trial period is required. The FuturePerfect team is based in Stockholm, and is passionate about making a difference and inspiring people!
