As a Taproot Foundation volunteer, you will have the chance to work with a local nonprofit organization specializing in one of the following issue areas:

Configuration Specialists Needed
Configuration Specialists are responsible for creating and implementing software for our Salesforce Database Service Grants. The Configuration Specialist will work as part of the team to translate business requirements into technical requirements and implement the project. A successful Configuration Specialist generally has three or more years of experience working in a technical capacity as a software developer and familiarity with Salesforce.

Data Analysts Needed
The Data Analyst is responsible for defining and implementing the project's data migration plan. A successful Data Analyst has over three years of project experience in working with large sets of data (particularly in Excel or Access), data conversion, testing data, and identifying missing/erroneous data and inconsistencies between data sources.

Business Analysts Needed
The business analyst volunteer role is the content leader for technology Service Grants. They work to define the business requirements for the project and ensure that the requirements are reflected in the application implemented. A business analyst is also responsible for developing the training manual for the nonprofit. A business Analyst generally has three or more years of experience in a role working on internal systems/organizational operations.
