Travel to the beautiful region of Valencia, Spain and work on a variety of conservation projects to make a real difference.

Travel to Valencia, Spain, and immerse yourself in the diverse ecosystems of the region. Work on a variety of conservation projects outside the city preserving the environment and protecting wildlife

Volunteer Work and Contribution:

Albufera Natural Park

  • Participating in activities of restoring bird habitats, nests construction and checking, bird ringing
  • Wildlife census/ surveys and data collection
  • Turtle monitoring
  • Eradicating invasive vegetation
  • General park maintenance

Projects around the Valencia Region

  • Tree planting
  • River inspection and conservation
  • Flora and fauna surveys and data collection
  • Prevention of forest fires
  • Construction and maintenance of walking tracks
  • Conservation of the Valencia's wildlife and its natural habitats

What's included in the project:

  • Accommodation: Single room in shared apartment
  • Preparation: Pre-departure information, training, coordination
  • Support: Local 24/7 support (offices located in Valencia)
  • Transportation: Airport pick-up on arrival day
