TransActive is an internationally recognized non-profit focused on serving the diverse needs of transgender and gender nonconforming (GNC) children, youth, their families and allies.
TransActive client families have identified a need for a unique garment line designed specifically for transgender children. These will be functional garments, not fashion pieces. Contact us to discuss the exact details. We have identified a manufacturer and seller for this garment already, they are just waiting for us to provide prototypes.
Our office is located in the Gateway District of SE Portland, but work can be done remotely if you are good at communicating via phone and email. Work times are very flexible. We are a non-profit and cannot afford to pay at this time, but we do work with schools for volunteer/intern credits and write great recommendation letters!
