Vincentian Collaborative System is kicking off its summer volunteer program for students, groups and families on Saturday, June 8 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Rocking for Resident event. Volunteers are needed that day and over the summer to help decorate and plan special events, entertain and perform, play games and lead activities, provide escort service to residents in wheelchairs and help serve refreshments. Great opportunity for fun-loving and good-hearted people to make a difference in the lives of long-term and personal care residents in three locations - Greentree, McCandless or Stanton Heights.
