2016 Napa Valley Ride to Defeat ALS and Walk

Date: October 1, 2016

Time: 4:00 am – 4:00 pm

Location: Yountville Veterans Home, Yountville, CA

About the Event: The Napa Valley Ride to Defeat ALS and Walk is a one-day cycling event, this year on October 1st, designed to appeal to every level of rider and supporter of The ALS Association. We offer a 100-mile route (century), TWO 62-mile routes (metric century) -- one "lite" route and a challenge route, a 27-mile route, and a 12-mile route. We also have a short walk around the Yountville Veterans Home for any non-cyclists!

Every participant can count on support from start to finish with rest stops, SAG vehicles, and route monitors. Upon completing the tour, riders are welcomed back by cheering crowds and finish line festivities that include entertainment, a delicious BBQ lunch, and more.

Volunteers make the Napa Valley Ride to Defeat ALS and Walk possible. From the earliest stages of event planning to post-event breakdown, The ALS Association depends on people donating their time and talents in order to produce successful events that raise awareness and fund the mission.
