Office Volunteer

Description

Office volunteers perform a variety of tasks both in and out of the office, based on a volunteer's skills and desires as well as Center needs. Tasks may include answering telephones, filing, research, designing flyers, typing, photocopying, data entry, proofreading, assisting with event planning, assisting staff with projects and/or tabling at public events. Training for this position is provided as needed. Supervision and direction is provided by the Volunteer Coordinator. Office volunteer schedules are determined based on volunteers' availability and approved by office personnel.

Office volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.
