The volunteer will be teaching and/or tutoring English as a Second Language and related coursework to adult participants in the Refugee and Immigrant Community Services program. The program provides free ESL and English Language Civics classes at our Belmont Cragin and Ravenswood locations. The volunteer provides instruction within the guidelines established by the Organization. Volunteers will be supervised by the Volunteer Coordinator and supported by staffed teachers. Instruction will take place in a classroom and may be provided to a class, small group or an individual.

Education and/or Experience: Interest in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or related coursework.
