Volunteer from home while helping job seekers in the Denver community find their careers! Become a Career Research Expert at Mi Casa Resource Center!

POSITION SUMMARY: The Career Research Expert works within the Career Development department, researching current job postings and adding them to our online career board to give resources for our core program participants and community job seekers.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Program Contribution

  • Researches current job postings using online websites, newspapers, and other job search resources
  • Updates online career board weekly
  • Keeps abreast of industry jobs, availability, trends, and employers
  • Informs Career Development team about program progress and challenges
  • Completes additional duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or student working towards degree

Skills: Internet proficiency, must be able to work independently
