Volunteer Opportunity description

WePAC is looking for some great new volunteers to read with kids at the Leidy Elementary School library!

WePAC-- the West Philadelphia Alliance for Children-- donates books, updates school libraries and trains community members as library volunteers who work as a team to run the library.

Library volunteers read aloud with students, check out books together and work on fun literacy activities during the school day. WePACencourages curiosity and seeks to foster a life-long love of reading and learning.
