Volunteer Opportunity description

The goal of the Phillips Fellows project competition is to enhance and build up the coaching community through college students who model leadership and service. Fellows will develop innovative and high impact projects aimed atsupporting and building the Coaching Corps movement.

Who are the Phillips Fellows?

  • College students with a promising project idea that will build the Coaching Corps movement
  • Individuals and team members must demonstrate that they have experienced adversity (social/economic, physical, and/or emotional)

Funding

  • Each Fellow will receive a $500 training award upon completion of theleadership training and the project.
  • Projects can receive up to $1000 in funding
