Mercy Community Foundation Africa is seriously looking for volunteer Coordinators in Europe, Asia, Australia and United states of America.
Volunteer Coordinators will be responsible for recruiting volunteers throughout the parts named above who wish to volunteer in Africa particularly to Uganda.
Volunteer Coordinators will responsible to Maintain constant communication with volunteers and refer all inquiries to the right staff member of Mercy Community Foundation when necessary
Inform volunteers consistently about upcoming events where volunteer participation will be needed throughout the year.
Serve as the main point of contact for volunteer check-in. Events will vary and primary volunteer coordination will be necessary for main show.
Develop and plan team bonding events
Oversee all general volunteer events and meetings
Recommended Qualifications
Able to talk to people in your country and other countries.
Ability to communicate with various age ranges
Ability to manage a large group of temporary staff
Creative in maintaining morale and motivation of volunteers
Experience in planning and coordinating events.
Ability to coordinate people and help them to find the right place to volunteer to.
