- Responsibilities:
- Write for external and internal media outlets
- Use online tools and technologies to gather and share up-to-date information that include: writing materials such as blogs, Facebook posts, tweets, and web copy;
- Design marketing strategies for SJA Organization
- Assist with Event Coordination
- Assist Executive Director and Assistant Director with day to day tasks
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with social media
- Intermediate-Advance ability with Microsoft Outlook, Windows, Excel
- Demonstrated history of being a driven self-starter who is able to work independently.
- Must be people-oriented, flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to advocate the mission of Farmville Area Habitat for Humanity
- Must possess the ability to organize, and handle multiple functions simultaneously and communicate clearly and courteously
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required
Daily Details
Weekday hours are Monday Friday 9a.m. -5 p.m., Saturday and Special events when required.
Training Provided
On-going supervisions and training will be provided as needed
