Join Rock Recovery's Community Empowerment Team and help promote, organize and execute our Grub for Good quarterly Fun Runs and Runner's Socials held in Arlington, VA and Washington, D.C. Grub for Good is the ultimate way for runners to support those struggling with food and body image! We meet at Potomac River Running Company for a 5K Run/Walk and follow up with a Runner's Social at local restaurants with free appetizers, drink specials and prizes. All funds raised go toward Rock Recovery's mission.
