Our volunteer team comprises of non-medical volunteers, nurses, medical studenrs, doctors and other health care providers who work side by side with local medical professionals. Without any controversy, our health care program could not have gained this remarkable feat without the tremendous services of our past and present volunteers in the health centres. Apart from helping in the hospitals, volunteers are also involved in an outreach programs which is one of the pillars of all the hospitals and clinics - the Preventive Health Care program. Here the volunteers work with the nurses and other health professionals to engage in maternal and child health education and other reproductive child health related activities and programmes. Child Welfare and immunization campaigns as well as training programmes on healthy diet and hygienic practices are routinely conducted. The outreach programme is designed to ensure regular visits to neighbouring villages to provide basic healthcare services to mothers and sick people who find it difficult to come to the hospital and the distribution of mosquitos' nets. Our program provides architects and non-architects a chance to strengthen their skills set and expand their professional network. Volunteers work very closely with local contractors. The aim of the program is to bring hope, life and growth into the communities and to see our volunteers doing something that leverage their interest and goals. The program is very interesting and rewarding to give back to the communities by providing something unique that communities don't have. How cool is that!!!!!

There is something for everyone, swing and turning a paint brush around, plastering, pound a nail - from extension, renovation to new builds. It's really interesting program and full of fun!! You don't need to be an architect to join us. The program also provides an opportunity for the donors to see the empirical evidence of their donations.

Activities include Molding blocks, mixing concrete, laying blocks, plastering, dug ditches for the building foundation, assist in directing contractors, supervise other employees on site, assist in buying and transporting building materials to site and project management.
