Volunteer Opportunity description

HandsOn Tech is recruiting a volunteer to create documentation of Frequently Asked Questions for IT infrastructure for HandsOn Suburban Chicago. HOSC's mission is to inspire, equip, and mobilize people to volunteer and take action that builds vibrant communities.

The volunteer will assist HOSC in assessing some of the most common IT related questions and problems in the office. The volunteer will then put together complete documentation that includes a list of Frequently Asked Questions along with the answers. This will be a short yet impactful project for HOSC with a benefit of improved outreach and engagement.

The volunteer should have basic IT knowledge with the ability to solve and answer simple IT problems.
