Volunteer Opportunity description

Young Ladies of Tomorrow, an organization dedicated to redirecting the course of young girls involved in the juvenile justice system, is seeking dedicated volunteers.

Mentorship plays a vital role in developing our young ladies to become confident, goal-oriented women. Mentors can operate in a classroom setting at workshops or work individually with young women off-site.

Classroom mentors assist in facilitating and overseeing workshops and working hands-on to empower participants in group settings. Additional assistance in special events and fundraisers are also encouraged from classroom mentors. Off-site mentors work with students via phone and in-person to discuss personal, academic and professional advancement. Virtual mentors must make a commitment of one hour every week to speak with their assigned mentee.
