Volunteer Opportunity description

Real Options for City Kids, or R.O.C.K. for short, is an award-winning nonprofit located in San Francisco's Visitacion Valley. For six straight Saturdsays, R.O.C.K. will be teaching basic basketball skills to elementary school children. We are expecting a big turnout of kids and are always looking for some caring adults to volunteer. Program runs for 6 straight Saturdays from 9:30am until noon and begins on January 26, 2013.

No prior basketball experience necessary.

How to apply

Visit http://rocksf.org/volunteer.php to download a volunteer registration form. Registration forms may be faxed to 614-333-4034 (no cover necessary) or emailed to curt@rocksf.org. Once reviewed, all volunteers will be required to go through a background check process.
