Volunteer Opportunity description

Juara Turtle Project, Working-Hostel programs. Come stay with us and help with the conservation and reseach work here.

We have been running a hatchery here for 8 years, and still have to now, but we are working with community awareness as well, also talking with the government.

Volunteering with us will get you involved here, meet some interesting people, hopefully get some hands on time with the turtles nesting. We are also doing more research into snakes, lizards, coral and birds. Around the site here we also do some small construction, gardening and more.

Get involved with Turtle patrols, hatchery operation, data collection, and turtle talks with visitors. Also lots of other projects around here, gardening, small construction, enjoy permaculture concepts, and the outdoors with kayaking, snorkeling, treking, camping etc. or whatever else is going on!

Check out our website or just email us direct for more information.
