My names Wayne Guttridge and after living in Nepal for a number of years my friend and I created EHN a low cost volunteering organization that works with genuine placements across Nepal. Over the last two years we have been constantly learning, trying new ideas and understanding better ways of helping the people we are working with.
Having great respect for the Nepali people (so much I married one) I want to use our volunteer organization to develop the projects to make them better. Hence I need volunteers who are interested in going but also to help me do this. In their spare time i am looking for people who can write small reports for me, like A day in the life of the volunteer there, a volunteers description of the house and family you live with and sections on how we can improve the placement as well as what future volunteers can do before they arrive.
If I can create this part of EHN we will be giving each volunteer a say in how things are, how they can get better and set something in motion that can last for years.
Why volunteer just to make a small difference when you can help create something special.
