About Coaching Corps

Coaching Corps has a vision of a world where all kids have caring adults surrounding them, pushing them to learn new skills, make new friends, and be their best self. Our volunteer coaches fill a simple and powerful universal need that all kids have – someone to show them how to believe in themselves. Year‐round, Coaching Corps coaches work with partners like you to improve the health and social outcomes of kids in struggling communities through the

power of service and sports. To date, 2,000 Coaching Corps coaches have coached teams

in low‐income communities. But there are more kids who can benefit. This event will increase awareness about the need for quality sports opportunities for kids in low-income neighborhoods and the impact of Coaching Corps' programs.

All proceeds from this event will help secure more opportunities for underprivileged kids to experience all that sports, with a quality coach, has to offer.

About The Take the Field Event

Take the Field will be a fun‐packed day that will engage thousands of young adults and families, ranging from their 20's to their 40's.
