Term of Employment: First 3 months of part-time volunteering. Post that employment will be extended.

Job Purpose: Transform the lives of orphans from homelessness/hopelessness/poverty/exploitation to children who are successful in school, filled with hope; by liaising with the local team in Cameroon and placing the orphans for adoption locally or internationally.
Note: Training is provided in the US and on the job. With training, this staff will work with the Manager to do the following duties.
Job Description: ·
· Advertise the Adopt from Africa organization and publicize the work in the United States and Europe. Work with the adoption needs for potential Parents in Africa, Europe & United States.
· Interview clients individually, in families, or in groups, assessing their situations, capabilities, and problems, to determine which child would fit best in the family.
· Liaising with the local team in Cameroon to find the suitable child to be placed with the prospective parents.
· Develop reports and review information related to consultation with clients, and perform follow-ups with the children and families.
