Philadelphia Interfaith Hospitality Network works to prevent and alleviate family homelessness. We seek a full-time Director of Homelessness Prevention to manage its new and growing program in eviction prevention and homelessness diversion

Key job elements include: Community Outreach and Referral; Housing Stabilization Plans for Individual Households;; Landlord/Property Manager Partnerships; Coordination with Philadelphia Office of Homeless Services on specific cases; Data Collection and Grant Compliance Oversight; Implement “Keys to Good Tenancy Training Workshops; Supervision of Student Interns

Requirements: Master’s degree in social work or related field, or 3 + years- experience in working with vulnerable households; ability to work with data base programs; excellent communication skills; experience with grant writing and management and HUD Housing Counseling Certification a plus.
