For the past 10 years, TEACH has been supporting students 1-on-1 and in small group settings with exceptional academic, test prep, and enrichment lessons. Our strong connections to local schools and non-profit organizations offer unique opportunities for tutor contractors to be small group tutors in addition to providing local families with 1-on-1 support. This past year-and-a-half our team of over 30 tutors has been supporting students virtually, and we have witnessed firsthand how the Covid-19 pandemic continues to disrupt formal education and positive social connections for learners. At TEACH we believe tutoring can be a bridge that helps make content more accessible for all students. We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic educators who are ready to dismantle educational barriers that students and families face and open up educational opportunities through tutoring.

Tutors can make their own schedules and are independent contractors with TEACH. There is no minimum hour requirement. Tutors who continue working with TEACH long-term have opportunities to become Experienced Tutors and even potential opportunities for part-time or full-time employment. A combination of availability during school hours (9am-12pm; 1pm-3:30pm) and/or after school hours (3:00-5:30pm) is highly desirable for small group instructional opportunities. A combination of afterschool hours (3:00-7:00pm) and weekend hours is highly desirable for 1-on-1 lesson opportunities.
