POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Team Leader works as part of the Admissions & Client Service team and reports to the Director of Admissions & Client Service. The Team Leader manages an inside sales and client service team of 3-5 people. The Team Leader oversees their enrollment channel and is responsible for increasing enrollment and revenue through that channel. Enrollment is driven via our website, online marketing, email marketing, study abroad fairs, and university and high school relationships. We also have a large global network of international partners and agents.

The Team Leader leads and manages a group of Program Advisors, helping them to advise, sell, and enroll individuals and groups who want to participate in Maximo Nivel programs. Within their team, the Team Leader develops a philosophy of great client service and a strong focus on achieving enrollment and revenue goals. The Team Leader organizes the team and guides all admissions and client service activities—providing advice and support throughout the matriculation process to help incoming participants to better understand the program options we offer, and which program is best for them. This requires frequent emailing, phone, Zoom, LiveChat, and working with the CRM.

The Team Leader may also provide marketing support such as attendance at study abroad fairs and conferences and updating promotional documents; some travel is required.

REQUIREMENTS

− Bachelor’s Degree

− 2-3 years inside sales experience is strongly preferred

− Superior communication skills, both spoken and written

− Excellent professional phone, chat, and email etiquette

− Extremely organized with close attention to detail

− Passionate about providing great client service

− Fluent in English; Advanced Spanish language skills (preferred)

− Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, and CRM experience

− Global awareness and a passion for travel
