The Senior Manager, Network Development & Operations is responsible for creating and delivering NowPow’s Community Based Organization (CBO) network development operational plan of our technology to new communities while supporting the CBO network growth in existing geographies. As a vital member of the Community Engagement team, you share responsibility for building the foundational strategies and replicable framework of powering up a community network across all community and customer touchpoints.  

Key Responsibilities:

Network Development

  • Develop a scalable launch framework to implement across all geographies, existing and new, including action and promotion touchpoints  
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless end to end network development experience for our customers by identifying the right integration points across our community partners and customers to implement regional/local strategies
  • Work collaboratively with NowPow Marketing and Community Resources team to design and develop content, materials, and accurate messaging for dissemination to NowPow partners and the public on network expansion
  • Leverage micro-sites within our geographies to help build the network
  • Develop communication channel plans for how the community and clients will be involved with product launches and education initiatives; lead awareness campaign strategy and messaging with partners; participate in townhall educational webinars where appropriate
  • Organize all “Network Development” into a replicable process, accessed in a unified knowledgebase
  • Measure and monitor the health of our closed-loop referral partnerships and assess opportunities for improvement
  • Act as a strategic member of the team for the development of compensated CBO models
  • Be the voice of CBOs for product, process, and engagement improvements

Operations

  • Own the administration of Insightly (CRM tool) and CE and CS Team KPI’s reporting
  • Maintain and update process and knowledgebase documentation as needed
  • Compile reports focused on utilization and referral partnerships
  • Analyze usage reports and help perform QA prior to community partner distribution
  • Special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of related professional experience
  • At least 2 years of experience working with community-based organizations with strong community connections and experience with value based care
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategies, manage multifaceted projects, and develop solutions to complex issues  

Strongly Preferred:

  • Advanced degree in social work, social science, urban planning, public health, public policy
  • Experience managing complex projects with high-level stakeholders
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding strategic planning skills with demonstrated ability to execute against strategy
  • Outstanding attention to detail, organization, decision making, and analytical skills
  • Self-starter, innovator, results-driven, high energy with the ability to meet both short- and long-term business goals
  • Ability to manage time well, meet imposed deadlines, and ability to work flexible hours
  • Proven problem-solving skills
