Job Overview

In this position you will provide Executive Administrative support to the Managing Director of the Evolve Foundation, as well as the broader functional teams and our partner organizations. We're seeking a collaborative team member with a friendly work style, who's well-organized, proactive, able to effectively multi-task & prioritize, and take initiative while displaying exceptional judgment. This role is remote but requires minor amounts of travel to the San Francisco Bay Area and other locations of business. It would be a plus if you are based somewhere within 2-3 hours from Bay Area by flight.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records, meeting deadlines and manages multiple projects and processes in support of various operating departments
• Anticipates the business needs of the leadership team/admin team, proactively formulating and evaluating solutions and/or recommendations to facilitate meeting deadlines and achieving goals
• Manage consultants, vendors and junior personnel
• Be self-motivated to meet deadlines independently
• Develop new project management and project coordination and conduct ongoing management for multiple workstreams
• Provide support for organizational events, quarterly and recognition events, as well as coordinating activities across the organization, such as conferences, F2Fs, etc., planning and organizing, preparing agendas, and coordinating all logistics
• Have strong capability working with all Google and Microsoft tools
• Represent the organization externally with care and professionalism

Desired qualifications:

• BA or BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Proof of successful work experience 
• Advanced Google and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint) skills
• Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Highly refined and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work additional hours as needed
• Demonstrated commitment to mission related activities
